Yes, stays of 30 days or longer are welcome to book

Are Pets accepted? 

In select locations, pets are accepted.  Each pet has to be preapproved.  Some restricted breeds and weights will not be permitted.

Service animals play a vital role in providing assistance to individuals with disabilities. Service animals in compliance with ADA requirements are always welcome

It is important to note that service animals are different from emotional support animals or therapy animals.

Pets require extra deep cleaning after each guest. No dogs allowed on furniture. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee.  Clean up after you pet and keep it on a leash when necessary.  Make sure your dog is well behaved and under control at all times.  Failure to follow these rules may result in unexpected charges.

What is the protocol for support animals?

 For support animals, we require a certified letter signed by a health professional. Please upload into your application. We will never ask for documentation associated with Service Animals, in compliance with ADA requirements.

Utilities are included (but can be billed at an additional $295/month to include WI-FI, gas, water, electric, sewer and trash).  There will be a inventory list on site for you to reference.  Maintenance is included also.

Can I bring my own furniture?

All of our units are furnished and we typically do not remove or swap out furniture. If you have a specific request about a particular piece of furniture, we are happy to hear it and assess whether it is feasible on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer refills during a stay?

We currently do not offer refills of supplies during your stay.

 

What should I pick up on my first shopping trip after I arrive at my home?

While everyone’s needs are different, here are a few things we’ve found helpful:

  • Replenishment of paper towels and toilet paper. While your home is stocked with enough products to get you started, you may need to replenish during your stay.

  • Cleaning supplies. Depending on your level of vigor when it comes to cleaning, we provide some cleaning products that are essential for routine cleaning.

  • Kitchen extras. If you’re cooking just a little, we provide some pantry staples like cooking oil, salt & pepper, and some spices.  But you may want to pick up your favorite spices. If you plan to make full use of the kitchen, we provide a can opener, food storage containers, and specialty cooking tools or equipment you can’t live without.

  • Personal touches. A candle, fresh flowers, or anything that helps you feel at home!

 

When will my security deposit be returned?

We will return your security deposit minus any charges of missing items that are not returned by prepaid shipment back to us or related to excessive wear, tear or damages within 15 business days of checkout.

 

How will my security deposit be returned? 

Your deposit will be returned via your original payment method. There are three exceptions to this:

  • If you paid through a bank account and stayed longer than 90 days, we will refund you via check

  • If you paid through a bank account and have deductions, we will refund you via check

  • If you paid through an international bank account, we will refund you via a wire transfer (you are responsible for wire transfer fees)

Can I schedule a viewing of the home?

We don't offer viewings of our homes to respect the privacy and convenience of our current residents. However, we offer a 3D tour, floor plan, and photos for each home.

 

Do I need renter's insurance?

We can provide renter's insurance in our rental price.  If you would like to obtain your own renter's insurance, contact our leasing team and we can waive insurance with proof of insurance. We recommend Lemonade for competitive pricing and ease of use.

 

How often is the home cleaned?

We thoroughly clean your home before you arrive. Upon request, residents can schedule cleanings during their stay at a frequency that works for them.

Ask about our specialty services such as grocery delivery, pet sitting, or weekly or monthly cleaning.

What are your cleaning standards? 

All our homes are professionally cleaned, and we complete an inspection before every stay to make sure the home meets our high standards. Our homes are meticulously cleaned and maintained to guarantee a hygienic and comfortable living space.

While we’ve always upheld the highest of standards, we’re preventing transmission of coronavirus by adding additional cleaning tasks aligning with the CDC’s recommendations:

  • Cleaners will disinfect all “high-touch areas” and other surfaces with bleach or other strong disinfectants solutions.
  • Cleaners will leave windows open during the cleaning to properly ventilate apartments.
  • We request that our cleaning partners wear gloves, masks, and shoe covers.
  • You can always add Housekeeping services.  One of our cleaners will visit on a schedule that accommodates your needs. 

 

How does Haven Oasis Homes screen tenants? 

  • When booking with us, Residents agree to the Terms of ServicePrivacy PolicyRental Agreement, and Cancellation Policy. They also accept that access to the home is contingent on tenant screening.
  • Haven Oasis Homes tenant screening involves ID verification, sometimes a soft credit check (will not impact your credit score), and a background check. We will decline residents who provide fraudulent identification and/or have a history of evictions. In accordance with local regulation, criminal history may be taken into consideration in approving or declining a reservation.

What's required to book? 

All bookings require your contact information, pet information, and agreement to our terms, cancellation policy, and rental agreement. Additionally, you will be asked to provide identity verification before checking in.

The one-time cleaning fee, and the security deposit, and rent for the first 30 days of your stay are due.

Can I extend my stay?

 If your home is not reserved immediately after your initial lease agreement expires, you have the opportunity to extend your stay. However, our homes are in high demand and tend to get booked quickly. If another resident has already booked the home after your lease ends, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to extend your stay in that particular home. To avoid any inconvenience, we encourage you to inquire about extending your stay well in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

 

What is in the House Manual

For every confirmed reservation, you will receive a house manual that contains important information about your stay and the property. This manual will include details such as door codes or keys, the Wi-Fi password, parking information (if applicable), a list of fixtures and appliances in the house, contact details, garbage disposal instructions, and other relevant details about your home. Once your lease is confirmed, we will send you the house manual via email. Furthermore, on your move-in date, we will email you the access codes for the property.

 

Can I check in early/check out late?

 The standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. However, if you require a check-in or check-out time outside of these hours, please contact us. We will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.

 

Are overnight visitors allowed?

Overnight visitors are permitted but subject to certain limitations. Guests are not allowed to stay for more than 15 consecutive days or a total of 30 days within one calendar year. In case you wish to include an additional person in your lease as a long-term guest, please notify us promptly. Failure to add a long-term guest to your lease agreement would be considered a violation of the contract. Moreover, at any given time, the maximum number of occupants allowed in each bedroom is limited to two individuals. Finally, please never give out door codes to anyone else!

 

What happens if I check out late?

The check-out time is scheduled for 11am. In case you require additional time to stay in the property beyond this time, kindly reach out to us promptly. Failure to inform us in advance will result in a charge of $150, covering the expenses of rearranging our cleaning and quality assurance staff.
